Drs. Hendrisman Rahim, MA, FSAI, AAIJ, 51 years old. Graduate from University of Indonesia majoring in Mathematics, then he continues his study at Ball State University, Indiana, USA, to have a master of Art (MA) degree. Beside his formal education.
He then having an insurance life expert qualification with degree of: FSAI and AAIJ. Starting His carrier at PT. INDORE (now REINDO) in 1984, until now, with the latest position as President Director and also as President Commisioner at PT. Asrinda Arthasangga since year 2002.
Active in various organizations and followed various training and seminars, such as: a Speaker on Actuaries Seminar East Asia (ASEA 2002) in Tokyo, Japan. And as a Chairman of Indonesian Actuaries Association (PAI). Also as a lectures in many Universities.

Tavip Gamalsyah, SE. MBA. 43 years old. Graduated from Jayabaya University majoring in Management then continued his study at Northrop University-LA California, by having degree of MBA majoring in Marketing. Starting his carrier at PT. REINDO (Reasuransi Internasional Indonesia) in 1992 until the year of 2006, then He was appointed as President Director at PT. Asrinda Arthasangga in 2007 until today.
Besides that He also followed various training and seminars e.t. DNO liability Course in London, UK, and XL Programme, Singapore, and Liability Insurance, Pune, Mumbay, India and also Life Insurance, Tokyo, Japan.
